Tudor released a NEW Black Bay Master Chronometer at Watches & Wonders 2023

This Watches & Wonders fair has been full of surprises, especially amongst the mainstream luxury brands. Tudor is part of the club where all year long die hard fans and enthusiasts speculate and highly anticipate what they will release for the NEW year. One of the most talked about is the release of a NEW Black Bay Master chronometer available exclusively for the moment with a Burgundy aluminum bezel.This also marks the debut of the Black Bay Master Chronometer on a Jubilee style bracelet($4,450 retail), riveted Oyster bracelet($4,350), and black rubber strap($4,125).

This watch boasts precision, anti-magnetism, and water resistance, all with a sleek design. The Master Chronometer has been certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) for precision at two temperatures, in six different positions, and at two different levels of power reserve: 100% and 33%.

In addition to its precision, the Master Chronometer can withstand exposure to a magnetic field of 15,000 gauss while still maintaining its accuracy. The watch is also water resistant to 200 meters, making it perfect for diving or other water activities.

The Master Chronometer has a power reserve of 70 hours, so you can wear it for days without having to wind it. The watch features a 41mm stainless steel case with a polished and satin finish, a domed sapphire crystal, and a black, domed dial. The unidirectional bezel is made of stainless steel with an aluminum insert, and the watch comes with a five-link stainless steel bracelet with a polished and satin finish, equipped with a TUDOR “T-fit” clasp.

This timepiece features a self-winding mechanical movement with a bidirectional rotor system, powered by the Manufacture Calibre MT5602-U. The winding crown is a screw-down stainless steel crown with the TUDOR rose in relief, providing added water resistance.
