The Santos is to Cartier what the Datejust is to Rolex. It’s iconic, timeless, and perfect to wear in any situation. This year at SIHH, Cartier brought back the Santos in stainless steel on a bracelet. This comes in two sizes of a medium and large model. The medium size is 35.1mm x 41.9mm in case diameter while the larger version is 39.8mm x 47.5mm in case diameter.
The best part is this watch is powered by the Cartier manufactured the in-house movement for both sizes. Also, there is a NEW quick-change system that allows the wearer to switch between strap and bracelet very quickly and with ease. The dial is that classic Cartier white/silver with dark and bold Cartier Roman Numerals and steel blued hands. The medium version has no date and will retail for $6,250 while the larger version has a date at the six o’clock position and I believe will retail for under 7k or maybe just slightly over.
