GRONE Manueel One “Tim’s One” and “Bart’s One”
Bart and Tim Grönefeld Launch GRØNE OLDENZAAL: A New Chapter
Bart and Tim Grönefeld, famously known as the Horological Brothers, proudly introduce GRØNE OLDENZAAL—marking a bold new era in their legacy.
A Mission Rooted in Accessibility
Recognizing the growing demand and soaring prices of their atelier pieces, Bart and Tim decided it was time for change.
“Grönefeld watches have sadly become difficult for even friends, family, and loyal collectors to own,” they explained with honesty.
With GRØNE, they open the door wider, allowing more enthusiasts to enjoy their vision without compromising craftsmanship or integrity.
Expanding Without Compromise
Traditionally, creating a Grönefeld watch demands months or even years of meticulous work by their small atelier team.
However, with only 70 to 80 watches produced annually, long waitlists often left many eager collectors disappointed.
Now, through GRØNE, Bart and Tim bring the same spirit of excellence to a broader audience while maintaining elite standards at an accessible price point.
Introducing the Manueel One: Two Personal Expressions
The first release under GRØNE OLDENZAAL is the Manueel One, offered in two distinct variations: “Tim’s One” and “Bart’s One.”
Both models feature an exquisite tremblage center, enhanced with fine circular graining for a dynamic, light-catching effect.
Furthermore, a two-step brushed dial surround, diamond-cut to perfection, frames the dial and elevates the design’s depth.
Highly polished, diamond-cut batons mark the hours, each hand-applied with a subtle overhang for added dimensionality.
How Big Is the GRØNE Manueel One?
Crafted in polished stainless steel, the case measures 38.5mm wide, 46mm lug-to-lug, and 10mm thick.
Protected by a sapphire crystal and boasting a beautifully engraved caseback, it remains water-resistant up to 50 meters.
Mechanical Heart, Traditional Spirit
Inside, the Manueel One beats with a Swiss manual-wind Sellita SW210 movement, refined specifically for this collection.
It offers 19 jewels, a frequency of 28,800 vph, and a dependable 42-hour power reserve for everyday performance.
Designs That Reflect Their Creators
“Bart’s One” pairs a rich salmon dial with blued steel hands, offering a warm, expressive style rooted in classic watchmaking.
On the other hand, “Tim’s One” opts for a technical German silver dial, channeling a cooler, monochromatic aesthetic.
Each watch is fitted on a soft 20mm Nubuck leather strap secured with a stainless steel pin buckle.
How Much Is the GRØNE Manueel One?
Priced at 2,150 Euros, the GRØNE Manueel One officially releases on May 8, 2025—making it an exciting opportunity for collectors.
Due to the unpredictable and volatile market on certain Rolex, Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet watches, prices are subject to change.
