“baby”, the iconic and technical first pocket watch with Tourbillon movement.
celebrate this 30 year milestone anniversary, F.P. Journe, this year

The case is
40 mm in size and nicely constructed out of rose gold and silver
guilloche, which gives it a modern yet vintage look. The dial is super
clean , made out of grained silver and features
off center hours and minutes at 12 o’clock, small second at 6 o’clock.
The hour, minute and seconds hands are Breguet steel blued hands which
are a nice touch and provide incredible contrast.
I love the the simplicity of the dial and how it stays in the true spirit of the original. On the original pocket watch the signature on the right side of the seconds hand originally said “A Paris”, while this new anniversary edition is now designated with F.P. Journe’s slogan, “Invenit et Fecit”.
When you reverse the watch you see this incredibly finished hinged half hunter cover made out of gold and silver guilloche. Once you open the cover, you see the technical genius behind the mechanics of the incredible finished Tourbillon movement through the sapphire crystal caseback.
This is a highly coveted piece for any true F.P. Journe collector who has followed his path and appreciaties the finest level of finishing and wants something super exclusive and collectible.
