Zenith continues its momentum in 2025 by introducing the Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar in stunning 18kt rose gold. After its celebrated return in steel in early 2024, this historic model now embraces a more elevated, precious metal interpretation.

Honoring the Spirit of the A386

Originally designed alongside the legendary El Primero movement in 1969, the Triple Calendar Chronograph showcases Zenith’s mastery of form and function. Even back then, Zenith prepared 25 prototypes, pairing a round case with full calendar and moonphase complications.

Today’s new edition refines that vintage spirit, offering a modern compactness while keeping the unmistakable DNA of the A386 alive.

How Big Is the Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar?

The 18kt rose gold case measures 38mm in diameter, 46mm lug-to-lug, and 14mm thick. A box-style AR-coated sapphire crystal crowns the dial, while a sapphire display back reveals the movement. Water resistance is rated to 50 meters.

Legendary Mechanics Inside

At its core beats the Zenith El Primero 3610, a high-frequency automatic movement known for 1/10th of a second chronograph precision. It operates at 36,000 vph, delivers a 60-hour power reserve, and features a blue column wheel with a skeletonized rotor bearing the Zenith star.

The functions include hours, minutes, small seconds at 9 o’clock, complete triple calendar (day, date, month), moonphase, and full chronograph timing.

The deep black dial contrasts beautifully against the rose gold counters. Rose gold-plated faceted hands and markers, treated with SuperLuminova, ensure excellent legibility. A rose gold chapter ring frames the dial with subtle elegance.
